How it Works:
1: Listen to the Artist Interview.
2: Pause and play as you go, pull quotes that resonate with your story into your journal.
3: Journal 15-60 minutes without interruption.

About Tim Ringgold
Music therapist Tim Ringgold grew up nurtured by music, from being a Catholic Altar boy to performing in a band. When his daughter, Bella, was born with a rare skin disease that made it nearly impossible to have physical contact with her, the way he knew how to help was through music. Today, Tim is a certified music therapist, a public speaker and author of Bella’s Blessings.
“Before Bella was ever born, I wanted to get into hospice music therapy so that I can be the soundtrack of someone else’s transformation from life to afterlife, and that was cool. But when I got to be that soundtrack for Bella coming into life, in the operating room, and then in the afterlife, from the hospital room, as a daddy, who in that other moment felt useless, I realized, what daddy wouldn’t give his arm to provide that much use for his daughter….” — Tim Ringgold
