Jessica Wen practices Angel Therapy, a.k.a Reconnection Therapy. By channeling energy and light, Jessica guides people through their painful feelings.
Jessica’s advice on healing the self:
“Acknowledge my responsibility of why the heartbreak happened. It’s my fault, and not their fault. By taking responsibility, I see that whatever bad things happened in my life…I was a part of. I did it to myself…[so I] allow myself to grieve, after that, I need to forgive and love myself.”
Similarly, Jessica realized in order to be the light for others, she first must heal herself. So, she sought to balance her home life by letting go.
Jessica discusses the root of pain. Pain is a reaction of not holding onto your integrity. Likewise, anger is only energy. Energy can be redirected. Certainly, we do not have to be dictated by negative energy, and we do not have to be in pain. Instead, if we recognize our role in our own heartache, we can move past it.
