Finding meaning in experiences that often feeling meaningless and difficult has been the most impactful practice of my life. I almost accidentally stumbled upon writing as an early adolescent and thankfully stuck with it (again, almost by accident). It wasn’t until after two emotionally abusive relationships and the loss of a good love that I realized the most constant and beautiful thing in my life has always been my words. Since then I have elevated the experience of writing in my life to the most important pursuit that I have. I strive everyday to put my words on paper whether it’s what I ate for lunch or an experience of loss.
