Trigger Warning: our program often motivates people to discuss their trauma. If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed, please, take a step back to address emotional flashbacks and trauma before continuing to push yourself. The more you think, the more knowledge you are armed with
The more you think, the less your arms are open to yourself
Knowledge and awareness are there to help, not to sideline
Then you are left on the sidelines thinking about who you are and what you do
You deserve to give yourself the grace to experience and play and practice
Put the knowledge into effect, don’t let it affect how you feel about yourself
Let go, without letting go of yourself
Every piece, from the jagged to the refined, is there to define you along the way
The pieces deserve to be intact, they make you whole
You may discard them in jest or intent, but you can pickup the pieces
They are you and you are them, but also so much more
